How the digital experience works

Soulmate Story is delivered entirely online. After checkout, the vendor emails your personalized sketch and written narrative to the address you provided — there is no app, account portal, or software installation involved. You interact with the product the same way you'd read any email attachment.

What device do I need?

Any device that can open an email and view an image or document works: a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer. No special app is required — a standard photo viewer or document/PDF reader is enough.

Saving and printing your sketch

To save it: download the attached image file to your device's photo library or file storage, the same way you'd save any email attachment.
To print it: the sketch is described as high-resolution, so it should print reasonably well at home or through a standard print/photo service, though results depend on your printer and paper.
To revisit the story: keep the email or save the document separately so you can reread it during a visualization or reflection exercise.
